Glowing Green Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup filtered water
- 3 1/2 cups spinach
- 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 3/4 cups chopped celery about 1 stalk
- 1 pear
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup parsley
Instructions

Put all ingredients in a high speed blend. Blend on high until smooth.
Recipe Notes
- Shortcut: double this recipe for Lunch Day VIII (instead of Green Machine Smoothie).
- Save 2 large romaine lettuce leaves for Lunch Day XIII.

Brad's Berry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 banana frozen
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 2 curly kale leaves stemmed
- 1 cup filtered water
- 1 Medjool date
- 1 tsp hemp hearts
- 1 tsp chia seeds
