ONLINE DETOX

This Online Detox Program is designed for anyone, anywhere to detox easily from their own kitchen. Reset the body and restore health with this 2-week program that teaches you how to adopt a healthier lifestyle while detoxing. Learn the reasons behind detoxing, how to safely prepare the body for a detox and how eating delicious and health supportive food can be doable and easy!

Program Overview

DETOX. This two-week Program is designed to make the detox process accessible and safe for everyone. Week One emphasizes preparing the body by reducing and slowly omitting certain inflammatory foods. The first week ends with a two-day liquid diet, which includes four nutritious smoothies or soups per day, plus approved snacks (if needed). Week Two follows a detailed meal plan with delicious recipes that focus on organic whole foods that help the body release toxins and restore health.

MEET. Two recorded meetings provide Program information, educational content. Learn how to safely prepare the body for a detox, strategies on staying on track during the Program, additional recommendations to facilitate the detox process and how to maintain a healthier lifestyle after the Program!

CONNECT. A private online forum keeps you connected to your support network throughout the Program. This platform is your resource for moral support, specific questions, and nutritional information. Posts cover topics such as nutrition, wellness and cooking techniques.

COOK. A one-week meal plan features 21 delicious organic whole food-based recipes. Each meal plan is seasonal and includes detailed recipes, grocery lists and cooking tips! Each weekly meal plan is designed for one person to easily prepare health supportive and delicious meals. A 1.5-hour cooking session (plus a mini mid-week session) sets you up for a week of quickly assembling meals, rather than slaving away in the kitchen each day.

EAT. Eat delicious food and feel satiated while detoxing (yes, it’s possible)! Expand your palate and try new foods that nourish your body, reduce inflammation and help restore health. The meal plan includes plant-based gluten-free and vegan meals, plus a few fish dishes. Alternatives for the fish recipes are available for vegetarians and vegans.

NAVIGATE. A user-friendly website makes navigating through your Online Program straightforward and easy. A home page with weekly summaries offers at-a-glance information on the entire Program and links to all Program webpages. I recently completed Tracy's online detox program and absolutely loved it! I've done Tracy's group detox in the past and really enjoyed the program also. I was ready to sign up for another detox again and the timing did not work out with my schedule, so Tracy suggested I try the online program. I was a bit nervous and thought I would be cooking every day and feel overwhelmed. I was wrong. The prep cooking day was so easy - two hours in total and I was set for the next nine days with fantastic healthy meals. After I completed the detox I felt energized, light and thrilled that I lost five pounds and never felt deprived because the food was so great. This was a great reset for me in terms of thinking about what it is I eat - both as far as what I should avoid, but maybe more importantly what to include in my diet. I tend to put more thought in to my kid's lunch boxes than my own lunch. I am also excited to try out some of the recipes on my family - I know there are some they will enjoy too.
The most noticeable difference to me while on the detox was the reduction of inflammation in my body. I also appreciated loosing some pounds long the way, and hope to be able to continue that trend.

I participated in the January Group Detox program hoping to shed a few holiday pounds. I successfully lost those pounds AND I gained some great recipes, tips & knowledge. First of all, the group setting is fantastic - the group, led by Tracy, is an amazing support system. With a group setting, I found I didn't cheat, as I would have on my own. Second, the program is gentle - there are no crazy gimmicks or juice fasts here! There is a sensible method of eliminating the bad, and emphasizing the good. The first week is all about eliminating various toxins, so that when we enter week 2 and really focus on a specific eating plan, we are ready. The second week, with the meal plan is really amazing. Tracy outlines the cooking step by step, so it's not overwhelming. I loved all of the food and the recipes. Enjoyed the sense of community, the shared cooking, the positive effects (lost a few pounds), the varied menu and the clever (cashew based) sweets and the encouragement/guidance/knowledge from Tracy - wasn't too intensive or restricting. And it really works: by chance I had a blood test 2 weeks prior to the cleanse and so decided to get another on the last day of the cleanse to see if there was a difference in the blood test. The results were impressive: cholesterol went from 240 to 188; glucose went from 90 to 77; and BUN from 20 to 11. Thanks Tracy - will do it again next year, or perhaps even the end of this one.
