TURMERIC LEMON GINGER DRINK

I love this drink first thing in the morning, especially on chilly days. This is a fantastic detoxifying drink that helps remove toxins, contains lots of antioxidants, enhances digestion and boosts immunity! What a great way to start the day!

Turmeric Lemon Ginger Drink


Servings 1

Ingredients

  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 2 slices fresh ginger
  • dash cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix turmeric and lemon in hot water. Add ginger slices and cinnamon. Allow to seep for 5 minutes.
