This 2-hour workshop focuses on women’s hormones that govern metabolism and the impact of specific foods on the endocrine system. Learn how to reset your metabolism and regulate specific metabolic hormones through nutrition and other lifestyle choices. Natural options for menopausal and perimenopausal women will also be covered. This workshop includes a lecture, a cooking class and a plant-based lunch.
