Heat water to 175 degrees F. You want it be under boiling. Otherwise, your green tea will taste bitter.
In a small pot, heat up oat milk gently over medium heat. Using a milk frother, froth your milk.
In a small bowl, put matcha. Add warm water. Using a matcha whisk (or a regular small whisk), whisk until combined well with no lumps.
Pour the frothed milk on top and enjoy!
