Walnut Kale Pesto
Ingredients

kale
stemmed and coarsely chopped
1/2
cup
walnuts
toasted

grated parmesan cheese

cloves
garlic

Tbsp
fresh lemon juice
1/2
tsp
sea salt
1/4
cup
olive oil
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Pulse until desired consistency (should have some texture to it and not completely smooth).
